Please review our policies before placing an order. These policies should be checked with your legal adviser and updated for your business.

Terms & Conditions

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read product descriptions, prices, availability and delivery information carefully before ordering. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information and refuse or cancel an order where permitted by law. Ownership of goods passes as set out under applicable law after payment and delivery. Nothing in these terms limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

We collect information needed to process orders, provide customer support, arrange delivery and improve our website. This may include your name, contact details, delivery address and order information. We use trusted service providers where necessary and do not sell personal information. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary or legally required. Contact us to request access to, correction of or information about your personal data, subject to applicable law.

Refund Policy

Refunds, returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with applicable consumer-protection law. Contact us promptly with your order number and details of the issue. Items may need to be unused, in their original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase, except where the law provides otherwise. Approved refunds are returned using the original payment method, and processing times may vary. Add your product-specific hygiene and return requirements here.

Cancellation Policy

To request an order cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will confirm whether cancellation is possible based on the order's processing or dispatch status. If an order has already been dispatched or is custom-made, cancellation may not be available, subject to your legal rights. Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method.
